WHAT IS
THERAPEUTIC FASTING?

Therapeutic fasting is a method by which a person voluntarily spends a period of time without ingesting solid food in order to live from the body's reserves, mainly fat tissue.

Autophagy is induced and detoxifying enzymes are activated, resulting in deep depuration of cells and body tissues. Furthermore, therapeutic fasting reduces inflammatory processes, reducing pain and improving mobility.
